ELECTRONIC PORTFOLIO AS A TOOL OF REFLECTING THE RESULTS OF SCIENTIFIC AND PEDAGOGICAL ACTIVITIES OF TEACHERS OF HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS

In the period of digital transformation all spheres life, including educational and scientific sphere, opportunity for pedagogical workers (SPW) to present their achievements on Internet, results activities becomes important. The SPW are not only certificates various (training, internships, participation in activities), but also profiles metric databases number citations relevant publications, information about achievements, list teacher (education, degree, academic title), range interests, victories students under guidance SPW, etc. That is why purpose article consider possibility using electronic portfolio as a means reflecting teachers free economic zones. following research methods were used this study: analysis, generalization, systematization. These analyze summarize existing experience issue, well systematize approaches creating an e-portfolio. Under e-portfolio worker, we will understand system, which contain work, awards, components that should singled out if it considered education. According authors, such contain: general SPW: surname, name, patronymic, title, higher education (about all, more than one), place position, etc.; achievements: prizes, events, competitions, scientific-metric databases: Scopus, Web Science (Publons), DBLP, Index Copernicus, Google Scholar, etc., publications; certificates; additional useful links; contacts; abbreviated profile English, inventions, patents, international projects, intellectual property rights work. worker plays role activity, acts business card teacher. availability ensure data open access Internet.
